If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from us, simply contact Customer Support within 30 days from the date you receive your order (or the date it was scheduled to arrive). Custom printed orders cannot be returned. If items are defective we will repair or replace. Non-custom printed items can be returned for refund up to 30 days from original purchase date. Indeed, we take great pride in our commitment to customer satisfaction. However, certain circumstances are beyond our control and are not covered by the guarantee.
